Hexonia^® ist specialist in developing innovative customer-specific load bearing systems. With different properties dependent on use and user group, either solution provides for a maximum ergonomics, load distribution, modularity and mobility for the bearer.

We realise purposively the defined customer requirements with all our technical expertise. This can comprise for instance the placing of electronics, different protective functions or a specific flexibility of the overall system.

The possibilities for the optical structure of the load bearing system are virtually endless.

For achieving an optimum fit and load distribution, each systems´ set of sizes is structured modularly, and adjustable for length and height in all enclosing components. This way, different components can be combined in the respective fitting size according to proportions of the bearer. At the same time, we focussed on the ideal distribution of loads between shoulders and hips, which can be determined and attuned individually by each user.

Backpacks and pouches in different shapes and sizes and specifically adjusted to each load bearing system can be rapidly and smoothly attached by means of Molle-straps for example.

Typically, we employ our self-produced spacer fabrics in the manufacture of load bearing vests, as these offer an improved air circulation and decompressive air cushions. If desired, our load bearing systems can be combined with the ventilation shirt Swout, so the users can be provided with an optimum heat and sweat management adjacent to the best possible load distribution.

Our developments concentrate furthermore on fastening and taking off quickly the equipment.
